Terms of business

Thank you for your confidence. We are aware, that you are giving us your confidence, and are making our best efforts to please it, by providing only quality products, that will be directly shipped to you. You do not need to be afraid of counterfeits, as we only order our merchandise from the producer directly or at an authorised retailer. We guarantee a secure shopping experience. The security of your transmitted data is a key to success for us.

The accepted payment methods are: pre-payment directly on our account, collect on delivery or returning customers may be billed.

1. Advance payment

After receiving our confirmation via email, you may directly transfer the amount of your order on our account. Once we receive your payment, we will deliver the merchandise immediately.

2. Collect on delivery

As soon as we receive your order, it will be sent out and the amount due will be collected on delivery.

3. Billing for returning customers

As soon as we receive your order, it will be sent out.

3.1 Premium customers: Premium customers will considered as such, once a total of CHF 2'500.- has been ordered.

4. Data protection

We do respect your private sphere. Your confidence is the main concern to our business, reason for which we protect your data thoroughly. The collected data will be only used to process your orders and to enhance your shopping experience. No customer data will be given out to third parties. This, because we do respect your private sphere and do care about data protection issues.

We only charge the effective delivery prices up to 499.95 CHF.

Add-on for small quantities:

For small quantities less than 100 CHF we add a processing fee of 10 CHF.

EU:

At this present moment, no merchandise will be delivered to the EU. This service will be provided as soon as possible.

Delivery time:

The delivery time within Switzerland is between 2 - 7 workingdays.

Right of return:

For quality reasons, no cigars will be taken back if returned.

In case of non-collection of the item:

In case the person who placed an order does not retrieve the delivered merchandise in due time, or does not want to accept the delivery, cigarzone.ch will not fulfill the contract and will undertake actions to establish liability. cigarzone.ch is entitled, to ask for 25% of the due amount for any established liability from the customer, or the effective amount due by the customer. This term of business becomes void, if the liability is not on the customers side (i.e.: package loss by the Post services).

Proprietary rights:

Until payment of the due amount, the merchandise will remain the property of cigarzone.ch.

Legal notice:

For all deliveries, within Switzerland and foreign countries, Swiss Laws are exclusively applicable. Court of jurisdiction is Berne, resp. the headquarters of the third-party supplier.

Products made out of tobacco will only be sent out to people being 18 years and older. By accepting these terms of business, the person ordering confirms having reached the required age.
