Terms of business

Cigarzone.ch is commited to offer a perfect service to its customers. We only sell original cigars of high quality. The cigars we sell come from the same importers that provide the specialized stores in Switzerland. All our products show the usual security tags required by Habano SA.
 

Although we do not have our own stock, we do guarantee the delivery of the goods within 2 to 7 workdays. We guarantee a secure buying experience. Your data is only used for processing your order and will not be transmitted to any third party.

  1. Payment

    1. Advance payment

      After receiving our confirmation via email, you may directly transfer the amount of your order on our account. Once we receive your payment, we will deliver the merchandise immediately.

    2. Billing for returning customers

      As soon as we receive your order, it will be sent out.

      Premium customers:
      Premium customers will considered as such, once a total of CHF 2'500.- has been ordered.

  2. Delivery prices for Switzerland

    CHF 9.50
    when order amount is less than CHF 500.-

    Without shipping cost
    for orders above CHF 500.-

  3. Delivery time

    The delivery time within Switzerland is between 2 - 7 workingdays.

  4. Add-on for small quantities

    For small quantities less than 100 CHF we add a processing fee of 10 CHF.

  5. EU

    At this present moment, no merchandise will be delivered to the EU. This service will be provided as soon as possible.

  6. Data protection

    We do respect your private sphere. Your confidence is the main concern to our business, reason for which we protect your data thoroughly. The collected data will be only used to process your orders and to enhance your shopping experience. No customer data will be given out to third parties.

  7. Right of return

    For quality reasons, no cigars will be taken back if returned.

  8. Proprietary rights

    Until payment of the due amount, the merchandise will remain the property of cigarzone.ch.

  9. Legal notice

    For all deliveries, within Switzerland and foreign countries, Swiss Laws are exclusively applicable. Court of jurisdiction is Berne, resp. the headquarters of the third-party supplier.

Products made out of tobacco will only be sent out to people being 18 years and older. By accepting these terms of business, the person ordering confirms having reached the required age.
